Where do you ship?

We ship currently only in the United Kingdom, expanding internationally soon!

Can I track my order?

All orders are sent tracked and you’ll receive tracking information via email once dispatched. All orders are sent via express delivery and are estimated to take from 2-3 days.

Can I change/cancel my order?

As our products are made to order and fulfilled through Gelato, cancellations and changes can only be accepted within 1 hour of placing an order. After this period, production begins, and we cannot guarantee modifications.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Provide a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

  • Incorrect order: If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within 30 days due to shipping issues, we will issue a refund or resend the order.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyers remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Slight colour variations due to screen differences
